Double Loyalty Points

 

Clients can receive 2 (meaning double) loyalty points for every visit they make to the salon in December 2017.

For the whole of December, are giving away double loyalty points for every visit. T&Cs for the Loyalty Cards/ Scheme still apply. This offer is valid from 01/12/17 to 31/12/17. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, gift vouchers or loyalty scheme.

 

 

3 treatments for the price of 2

 

Clients can book for 2 treatments and have 1 other free on every visit in December 2017. The free treatment must be the cheapest out of the 3. This offer cannot be used for any of the following treatments: BOTOX® Clinic, Semi-Permanent Make-up, Semi-Permanent Eyelash Extensions and Teeth Whitening. This offer is valid from 01/12/17 to 31/12/17. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, gift vouchers or loyalty scheme. NB: Images on the offer advert do not signify that those are the treatments clients need to book nor free.

 

 

25% off for 3 days only - EXPIRED:

 

To qualify, the client must like our Facebook Page and download our mobile app. The client can only book their appointment once on the app, our website or call the salon on 020 8647 9101 for any day between the 20th and 22nd September 2017. The voucher must be shown on the day of your appointment to qualify. The client can book as many treatments, however the amount must total to £20 or over to qualify for 25% off. Only valid with the following treatments: Facials, Electrolysis, Tinting, Waxing, Massages, and Body Treatments.This offer is valid from 20/07/17 to 22/07/17. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, gift vouchers or loyalty scheme.

 

If a client has already booked an appointment before this offer went live, then as long as their treatment/s amount to £20 or over and show the voucher on the mobile app when they come for their appointment, then they can qualify for 25% off.

 

 

Free £5 voucher - EXPIRED:

 

Receive £5 off any treatment, with any therapist and on any day. To qualify, the client must like our Facebook Page, download our mobile app and click redeem on the 'Offers' tab on the mobile app and there are only 100 available offers that can be redeemed. Once the client has redeemed their voucher, they can book their appointment on the app or call the salon on 020 8647 9101. The offer must be redeemed before the end of the July 2017. This offer is valid from 15/07/17 to 31/07/17. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, gift vouchers or loyalty scheme.

 

 

Slim Summer Package - Offer - EXPIRED:

 

Receive 15% off the slim summer package, which the 1 hour session includes a consultation, slimming treatment and nutritional advice. This offer is only with Nelly and is valid from 21/06/17 to 15/07/17. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, gift vouchers or loyalty scheme. NB: Offer has been extended to 31/07/17.

 

 

Student & Staff Discount:

 

Clients may receive 20% off 1 or more treatments. A valid Student or Staff ID Card must be presented prior to the treatment. This offer cannot be used for any of the following treatments: BOTOX® Clinic, Semi-Permanent Make-up, Semi-Permanent Eyelash Extensions and Teeth Whitening.

 

 

NHS Discount:

 

Clients may receive 20% off 1 or more treatments. A valid NHS Card must be presented prior to the treatment. This offer cannot be used for any of the following treatments: BOTOX® Clinic, Semi-Permanent Make-up, Semi-Permanent Eyelash Extensions and Teeth Whitening.

 

 

Price List:

 

The prices that are displayed on the website or on the online booking system are valid and up-to-date. Any different prices that you may see on our price list are invalid and expired.

 

 

Special Offers (Terms & Conditions):

 

All special offers at the salon are valid from and to the dates specified. All offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other. These include loyalty cards and vouchers. If you are not registered to receive our monthly emails containing our special offers please click here. The management reserves the right to remove any offer at any time. Loyalty Cards/Scheme:

 

Any loyalty cards provided by the salon are to be used by the client. Each client can receive one loyalty card at a time and cannot share their loyalty card with another client. When a client comes for their treatment, a member of staff will sign and date the card at the end of the treatment after payment has been received. When the client completes their loyalty card, they are qualified for the offer stated on the loyalty card. Any offers must be used on the day of booking and must not be used in conjunction with any other offer going on at the salon at the time of booking. All loyalty cards are only valid for a year from the date of their first visit.

 

Mobile app loyalty scheme - All terms for the loyalty card scheme remains the same for the mobile app. The client must present their mobile device to a member of staff with the app open on the loyalty scheme page and the staff member will add a stamp onto the device. Once the client has reached their 6th visit, the staff member will wipe the stamps on the mobile device for the client to use again on their next visit.

Refer a friend (promotion):

 

This promotion is for clients who recommend us to a new client. The current client may receive 50% off a treatment* which can be used only once on their next appointment.

 

*The client may have any treatment that is performed by Nelly Keung. All other treatments are not valid with this promotion.

Reservation Policy:

 

All appointments can be made at any time with no advance restrictions, however the Cancellation Policy remains the same.

 

Please make sure that your date and time of appointment is correct before making a reservation. If you need help with your reservation you can call us on 020 8647 9101 or email us on nellykeung@nellysbeautyhouse.com.

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

A 24 hour cancellation notice is appreciated. If you are late for your appointment your treatment may be reduced so we do not delay any following clients. Thank you for your consideration. If you would like to rebook your appointment please call us on 020 8647 9101.

Payment Policy

 

Payments are taken after the treatment at the salon. We accept cash and all major credit cards.

 

 

Bookings made online -  General Policy:

 

A 24 hour cancellation notice or a change for an appointment would be appreciated. You may amend your appointment yourself by going to the original confirmation email you received when you booked or you can contact us on 020 8647 9101.  Please click here to book online.

 

 

Gift Voucher Policy:

 

Gift Vouchers can only be purchased at the salon and can be used towards any treatment. All vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. No vouchers will be accepted after the date printed on the back of the voucher. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for any special offers or to purchase products.

 

 

Our staff:

 

Of course, we value your opinion and your concern is our top priority. However we will not tolerate any abuse to our staff. Any abuse may result in prosecution and the matter taken further.

Salon products purchased at the salon:

 

If you have reacted to any of the products sold to you, please call Nelly on 020 8647 9101 and inform her of the situation. We may request you to come to the salon for us to take a look and advise you on the steps to take to resolve the situation.

 

In order for a refund, you must be present with the product at the salon. You may not have a representative request a refund on your behalf unless you are under 18 years of age.

 

 

Delivery Policy:

 

All items purchased through Nelly Keung Health & Beauty Centre must be collected from:

The White House, 51B Woodcote Road, Wallington, Surrey, SM6 0LH, England.

 

If you are unable to collect from the salon, please call us on 020 8647 9101 to arrange a home delivery. Please note there will be a delivery fee for this service.
